Tap your TextNow main menu to see the button to Remove Ads:

From here, you can choose to have your Ad Free+ feature auto-renew monthly. 

 

Help! I signed up for Ad Free+ but I'm still seeing ads!

If you're signed into an Ad Free+ account but you're still seeing ads, log out of your TextNow app (under the TextNow Settings menu > Log Out) and log back in.

    This is BS!!! I’m trying to renew my premium yet dumbass Apple won’t accept my payment when there is thousands of dollars on my card. Bout to get a different app!!!

    Hey Roman! We don't support manual premium renewals. If you are on a monthly or yearly plan, it should renew automatically.

    Otherwise, I would recommend to contact Apple support for further assistance if you are having issues with other payments.

    i had my phone number recylced aboiut 2 almost 2 and a half weeks ago. is there any possible way that there could be a special exception for me just this once so that i would be able to get my old numner reassigned to me for my business purposes. as well as i am will today to purchase the premium feature in order to lock it in perminately. if you could pleaseget back to me as soon as possible on this matter it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @John- premium payments can take up to 48 hours to process and get to us so we may change the subscription on your account.

    @Kdz- Luckily, the number was still available to be reassigned to you. Please note that this is a one time exception, and should you lose your number again in the future, we won't be able to recover it for you

    Hi Wanda,

    If you get a new number on your account anyone who is calling or texting you will have to call and text the new number. Any calls or texts to your previous number will not be rerouted to your new number.

    The account you're currently logged into is showing as a free account. If you have made a payment to upgrade to premium, please send a screenshot of your Google Play receipt to community@textnow.com along with your TextNow username so we can get this resolved for you.

    I did followed TEXTNOW customer service instructions... I désinstalled the TEXTNOW APP then when I'm trying to install it againg from the ANDROID PLAY STORE I'm getting a message saying to wait for the download to come down.... But it never comes down in to my phone.... What I should do now....? I don't want to loose my 1-772-410-8610

    Hi I am new to all this. I notice with the free app you only get a set time on how much you can talk on the phone. I think it is only 15 min. Anyway if I become a premium member can I talk longer or is it still limited. You see I have a Mexican phone and need to be able to use my other american phone with your app. I need for my family to be able to call me because both of my parents are ill. Is there a separate charge to talk longer if we need to?

    @Jeanie- Apologues for the delay in getting back to you! There is no 15 minute limit with our free app? Are you experiencing issues with calls?

    @Jason- I'm afraid that our wireless service is not available in Canada just yet.

    Valeria TextNow Support when I called and talked to my dad the phone cut out after a few minutes and music came on. This has happened with every phone call. Also when a friend called me it happened to her while we were talking. I thought maybe you had a time limit on the calls. Can you Please fix this issue. I paid for premium it still does that.

    The music sounds like you are putting the call on hold (perhaps by mistake).

    Can you try a call over speaker, to eliminate any screen touches, and let me know if the same issues occur?

    @Luis, it looks like you have upgraded to our Premium account subscription. If you want to check your subscription you can find the details in the Subscriptions section of your Google Play app on your phone.

    @Jorge, The number would still be the same if being used on a free or premium account.

    @Jose, No our premium subscription does not allow you to call and text away from a WIFI connection.

    I am still getting ads even though i purchased. Premium. I did try clearing data and cache and restarting etc.

    Im trying to upgrade to premium in order to keep my number. But when I go to ,,Get Premium,, it say Monthly : %1$d$
    Yearly : %1$d$
    I deleted catche and data , log out , log in still same .
    Any suggestion ?
