Request a Refund

For users of our TextNow Free and Premium accounts, all in-app purchases are made through the Google Play Store (on Android), or the App Store (on iOS).

For refunds on purchases made through the app, please contact Apple customer support for iOS versions of the TextNow app, or Google Play customer support for Android versions. 

Both the Google Play Store and the App Store will ask for a proof of purchase in order to issue a refund; for more help on see our article on how to find your proof of purchase here
