Here's what you get with TextNow Ad Free+:

  • Ad Removal: Removes the ad banners from the TextNow app.
  • Call Forwarding: Forward the calls to your TextNow phone number to any other phone number in the US or Canada.
  • Phone Number Locking: Locks your TextNow phone number to your account for as long as you have Premium, and your number won't be recycled for inactivity. 

Ad Free+ features are offered at monthly rates, and will auto-renew every month. Here's how you can turn on Ad Free+

Tap your TextNow main menu to see the button to Remove Ads:

From here, you can choose to have your Ad Free+ feature auto-renew monthly. 

 

Help! I signed up for Ad Free+ but I'm still seeing ads!

If you're signed into an Ad Free+ account but you're still seeing ads, log out of your TextNow app (under the TextNow Settings menu > Log Out) and log back in.

    Hey @John- I believe you may have received further assistance from us elsewhere?

    @Tema- unfortunately, we can only port in numbers from other carriers to our wireless accounts, not free nor premium

    I have done all the suggested above and it tells me cannot connect with iTunes Store? How do I fix this?

    Hey @Shana- If you'd like to use it on our wireless service, we would need to check its compatibility with us before sending you a SIM card! You can head over to our live chat support between 10am-5:30pm EST (bottom right-hand side of this page) with that phone's IMEI number for further assistance.

    @Hey Brittney- that sounds like a potential issue with your iTunes account on your phone. I'd recommend to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance.

    Can I have coupon applied after the time of purchase please? Like a meathead I bought a second phone and plan from TextNow and didn't realize I had a referral code for either $20 off the purchase or $50 added to my account.

    am i able to call and text with premium with no wifi? i have no service on my phone.

    @Rebecca- Our service does require some sort of internet connection, so if you do not have a data plan with another carrier, the only other way you could use it off of Wi-Fi is by signing up for our wireless service! Our plans start at $9.99, and you can either activate your own compatible phone or purchase one of ours. Check it out here.

    @Jaydn- I'm afraid that our premium subscription does not provide you with data service to be able to use our app away from Wi-Fi

    @Jessica- The only plans that we offer that will provide you with data to use away from Wi-Fi are our wireless plans, starting at $9.99/month!

    Hi, I have added USD 10 to my account and trying to call dubai... it rings two or three times each time I try to call and then disconnects knocking 27 cents out of my account.... how can I make international calls?????
