Tap your TextNow main menu to see the button to Remove Ads:

Help! I signed up for Ad Free+ but I'm still seeing ads!
If you're signed into an Ad Free+ account but you're still seeing ads, log out of your TextNow app (under the TextNow Settings menu > Log Out) and log back in.
I've upgraded to premium, but I'm still seeing ads. How can this problem be solved?
Thanks for letting us know you're having this issue. I have taken a look at your account and it looks like your premium subscription should be paid for and active. So, please complete these steps and then make sure you're logged into the right account:
1. Open the Settings App.
2. Tap on Apps (or Application Manager).
3. Swipe over to the "All" heading (you will need to swipe from right to left across the screen).
4. Tap on TextNow (the list is sorted alphabetically).
5. Tap on Clear Cache.
6. Tap on Clear Data, then tap OK.
7. Tap on Force Stop, then tap OK.
8. Log back into TextNow.
If you continue to see the ads, please let us know so we can investigate this further for you!
Why am I still seeing ads!!?? I pay for premium monthly and am always seeing ads!?
I did what support said and I still have ads and no premium. My subscription says I do have premium.

Can I use my free version text now phone number for requesting Uber
/Lyft rides if not will the paid version be able to..Please help me I have been needing a ride all day I have wifi but no phone service and need a ride like now
I apologize but the free application does not work with Lyft or Uber. I'm sorry this doesn't help with the applications, but using WiFi you can always use the TextNow application to place a call to a local taxi company.
if i don't purchase premium account or not buy my number how much long time can i take my number in my personal use or send receiving sms or call please .
Thanks for your inquiry! With a regular free account, you must simply use your number every 3 days in order to keep it active, otherwise, you run the risk of it being recycled.

Is it possible to get your messages or voice mail when you call from a different phone number?

With TextNow your voicemail is only accessible through the application, so it doesn't quite work in the same way as the conventional voicemail systems. However, you can log into TextNow directly from our website using any computer, tablet, or phone (as long as there is an available WiFi connection) and have access to your voicemail on the go!

How can i subscription more than one year

You can choose to have an auto-renewing premium subscription through the Play Store or App Store, depending on the device you're using. However, you cannot pay for more than one year at a time. If you choose to auto-renew each year though, your number will remain on your account :)
I have the same problem as some other users. I've paid for the premium app, and Google shows the subscription as active, but the app isn't upgrading/removing the ads. I tried the clear cache, clear data and force stop option, but that didn't seem to work. I have a Samsung tablet. Thanks.
I have my premium service expired .. but "in app purchase" doesn't have the option to renew it .. It states that I'm already a Premium, and when I clicked on Check subscreption .. it leads me to a blank screen .
Calls are not forward any more .. and I can't pay for renewal ..
I tried to clear cash and data ... also deleted the app from phone and icloud and re-install it .. but same issue ... please HELP!

I've taken a look at your account as well and it appears that the date for expiry was today, most likely due to timezone differences. I have changed the expiry date to yesterday, so you should see the option to renew your premium subscription now. If not let us know via chat!
How come I can't change my ringtone?
You can actually change your ringtone right in settings with the latest Android version of the application! Update the application through the Google Playstore to get this feature. :)

I also have paid for premium and have not received it yet. It has been a day now. I did some of what was mentioned here to "try to get it" & it did not work. Honestly I would not have paid had I saw these comments first. Please fix my subscription and the app overall to remedy this consistent issue that apparently exists, thx!

I'm afraid that as the premium subscription is handled by either the Google PlayStore or the Apple App Store exclusively, there are limitations to our assistance. As such, I would please ask that you contact Google Play Support with your receipt, so they may fix that up for you!
