Reset your Password

If you are not signed-in to your account:

To reset your password at TextNow.com, follow the instructions outlined here.

You can also use the Forgot Password? link on the TextNow sign-in screen in the app to send an email to the address from your TextNow account.

Note: The email that you enter must match the one on your TextNow account.

If you are signed-in to your account already

iOS TextNow 

• Open TextNow
• Select the main menu button    in the top left-hand corner  
• Tap on the Settings icon  on the main menu 
• Go to Account Settings > Change Password
• Enter your old and new passwords, and click Change Password

Android

• Open TextNow
• Select the main menu button    in the top left-hand corner  
• Tap on the Settings icon  on the main menu 
• Select Account
• Select Change Password
• Enter your old and new passwords, click OK
